Best Japanese fusion cuisine in Caracas, hands down! Every item in their menu is absolutely well thought, the flavour combinations and delicate balance of each roll is simply mind blowing. Texture, presentation, ingredients: everything you want for an amazing eating experience is there. Plus, the service is great. The prices are within the average range for sushi, and the place is a little oasis near the Avila. This is my new go-to place. I highly recommend making a reservation and trying the Sexy Salmon Roll.
